We usually take our vacation in early August or early September but we tried late June this year. Not a good ideal due to the weather. The wind blew for most of the time we were there. The refrigerator on the houseboat did not work and we were without hot water again. The lake was down about 35 ft. and the place we normally tie up to was to high up and our ropes were not long enough so we went into another part of the lake. Debbie skied twice and Brandon wakeboard only once. Water temp was cold and the wind didn't let up long enough to do more water activities.
On Wednesday, our good friend Debbie took us to Yosemite. We had a great time and since Debbie grew up in the area, she knew places to get away from the tourist. Definitely well worth the effort. Thanks Debbie for taking your time to show us Yosemite and old highway 120.
